Our members and our foundation work to strengthen local entrepreneurs and community leaders, particularly women, in impoverished communities. We provide training and access to well-paying jobs and financial management institutions.

Newest Sunrise Rotarian: Harry Christian Fields

Chelsea Fields gave birth to future Rotarian, Harry Christian, on September 20. Mommy & Daddy thank everyone for the well-wishes. Baby Fields is doing well and looks forward to meeting the men and women of the Sunrise Rotary Club soon!

WSRC's Teacher of the year

Ms. Sue Allen was recently recognized as the Sunrise Rotary 2018-2019 Teacher of the Year. Ms. Allen’s dedication to the students of Wasilla High School, her care and compassion to instill the very best in young people and her tireless devotion to bettering her school community makes her a true Warrior. We thank Ms. Allen for her service  and for going above and beyond for her students.
